Berry Avocado Smoothie Bowl.


We are in love! With this colourful smoothie bowl with raspberries and avocado. With its uncomplicated yet luxurious nature, it has taken our palates by storm: uncomplicated because it really is prepared in seconds and is possible with many different toppings. Luxurious, because we don't skimp on fine ingredients for this berry-avocado smoothie bowl, but let them flow sumptuously into each other.

The star of this bowl is, of course, the avocado. Its creamy, buttery texture makes the smoothie soft and supple, and the vitamins A and E have the same effect on your skin. In addition, avocado contains healthy fats that last a long time. The perfect choice for an indulgent, healthy breakfast when lunch isn't planned or you're interval fasting. To be fair, we should mention that the CO2 balance of this well-travelled fruit is not optimal. Therefore, enjoy consciously and in moderation.

That's what you need:

For the smoothie:

  • 100 g raspberries 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 small, ripe avocado 
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt of your choice 
  • 50 ml plant milk

For the topping:

  • Approx. 6 raspberries 
  • Granola or muesli 
  • Chocolate chips 
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt of your choice 
  • 1 tsp peanut butter 
  • 1 dash maple syrup

It's that simple:

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the centre and put the flesh into the blender. Peel the banana and throw it in rough pieces into the blender bowl with the raspberries. 
  2. Add the yoghurt and vegetable milk. Blend until creamy and transfer to a bowl. 
  3. serve with the toppings.
